Elaborate the solution architecture for a specific solution based on architecture significant requirements and company-wide architecture standards Utilize architecture patterns to suggest the most adequate utilization of technical platforms in support of the holistic solution architecture design. Maintain and evolve Architecture tools and platforms, principles, policies and standards In the role of Solutions Architect you will lead architectural design efforts for TRD & Labs domain. This includes accelerating the integration of new digital technologies and data to transform the global drug development business outcomes in alignment with design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, security and business requirements. What you will bring to the role: Experience in architecture, designing and implementing solutions in TRD & Labs , data management, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP). Good exposure on schematic modeling tools and technologies. Solid grasp on the global standards and ontologies and models in the Pharma industry. Strong in data management and data governance aspects at an enterprise scale. Experience in IOT and IIOT implementation in the Lab/ manufacturing space. Good understanding on the BPM/BPMN methodology to design and implement the Lab orchestration process flows.Minimum requirements University/collage degree in business/technical area or equivalent. Preferably in in IT or computer science background. 12 - 15 years minimum of business and/or IT experience Good skills in strategic thinking, attention to detail and organizations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills Minimum of five years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT (solution requirements / design, Application development) leveraging pharma-focused technologies (e.g ArisGlobal LifeSphere, Documentation) and cloud based technologies (e.g. MS Azure, AWS) Pharma industry experience in drug development areas (i.e. Technical Research & Development, Safety, Clinical, and/or Regulatory Affairs). Proven track record in large, preferably global, multi-team projects dealing.,
