We will achieve this through a focus on high quality data at the core, supported by end-to-end enterprise processes and new technologies, including the transformation of our ERP backbone to S/4HANA and integrated digital solutions around itAs a key player in our program, this role will be accountable for the design, build and deployment of SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis Rapid Response and integrated digital solutions in the area of Supply chain and manufacturing planning and will be part of our Product & Platform Delivery Core team in Technology Transformation Organization in Novartis. Own and drive Solution Design for Supply chain planning area through addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following Novartis architectural standards, quality and information security principles Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Enterprise Process Leads (EPLs) to suggest standardized and simplified integrated solutions Champion the standardization and simplification of design, limiting custom solutions only for markets where Novartis serves customers/patients in a locally acceptable way Prepare and run design workshops in the assigned Products , identify critical integration points and dependencies, propose solutions for key gaps, provide effort estimations while ensuring alignment with business and other teams Leading a team of Planning experts adept at the Supply chain process in the Design Team. Engaging with senior stakeholders, having strong insights in the Supply chain & operations business aspects. Act as a design lead for project assignments, leading the fit-gap workshops by involving the appropriate design experts/ managers in their respective areas Lead & manage project resources consisting internal/ external (vendor) experts. Robust understanding of integration topics concerning Demand & Supply Planning and Production Planning modules.Minimum requirements Bachelor s degree in business/technical domains SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response certifications / trainings in specified module(s)/process areas 12 15 years of overall IT experience. Proven experience in SAP S4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response and eco-system applications in the following areas for the Pharma and/or Food & Beverage industry Management experience in full cycle advanced planning system such as Kinaxis Rapid Response or SAP Planning projects leading teams in the area of Supply planning Robust understanding of integration topics concerning Production Planning and SD/MM modules. Experience and knowledge about key architecture changes in S/4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response or any other advanced planning system with focus on User Experience for Supply chain planning processes using Fiori Apps and innovations. Excellent knowledge of core Supply chain and manufacturing planning topics not confined to SAP and Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities alone. Proven track record of broad pharmaceutical industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships.
