Job Description

*

  • Position Title: Specialist
  • Function: Finance
  • Reporting to: Manager
  • Job Scope includes: This role needs to work in Control & Governance process, taking care of the Global Administration for GRC MJEV/VIRSA activity (covering database management, controls issuance, monitoring the sign off activity and reporting)
    • Administration of the key control activity GRC MJEV Admin/ GRC SOD VIRSA i.e. by running various reports in SAP, working on the formatting and analyzing the extracted reports, issuance of controls in GRC database, communicating with key stakeholders, follow up on actions
    • This role will be engaged in the MIS activity in line with the above activity
    • GRC MJEV/VIRSA Database administration set up new control monitors, ensure appropriate access, drive adherence to timelines and report the results
    • Monitors evaluation status during evaluation periods
    • Advises and directs responses to all control queries from within the assigned areas
    • Also Adhoc activities will be entrusted as may be required.
  • Mandatory: Skill Sets/Experience:
    • Must have a prior experience of 1-2 yearin DuPont Organization
    • Candidates with a very good SAP/MS office skills are preferable.
  • Desired to have Skills:
    • Must be open for the different shifts depending on the requirements
    • Very good in communications.
