He/She should have good communications skills should be in a position to handle calls from US client single handedly. onsultant needs to work in 24 X 7 support and should be in a position to swap work hours based on project requirement. Mostly will be working in Night shift i.e 9.30PM to 7.30AM and rotation could be with 6AM to 4PM or 3.30PM to 1.30AM.
