    :Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification, and presentation of candidates to the stakeholders to meet client requirements.Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on stakeholders recommendationsProspect, identify, and interview new and existing candidates.
