Job Description

    Job summaryTrusted Shopping Experience (TSE) works towards making Amazon the Earth s safest and the most trusted store by taking accurate and timely decisions. We minimize risk-related losses, by evolving policies, catching new fraud patterns, and when trade-offs need to be made, we prioritize Buyers, Sellers, and Amazon in that order. We invest in building a highly skilled, motivated workforce whose expertise is critical in the development of our systems and processes.TSE LXD team is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Program Manager on the Learning Experience Design team to develop and drive world class curriculum programs for TSE Investigators. This person will focus on improving the investigator learning experience, interfacing with Process Owners, Knowledge Management, Operations, and Training teams to propose and drive global learning plans that scale. A key aspect of this role will be to proactively identify/define learning needs mapped to business goals and scale programs across our global sites, as well as gather metrics to measure and record success.The ideal candidate is an experienced program manager and creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, ambiguous environment. They will be a relentless researcher, organizer, and planner, actively solving problems while advocating for an exemplary customer experience. They will set priorities and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines independently. A person who delves deep into the data to determine the program outcomes and success metrics for learning interventions the investigators need.You must be able to: Think Big about scaling learning programs that scale across global sites with clear performance and success metrics. Drive people, process, and learning initiatives to optimize the Investigator and Operations Support experience. Define requirements and launch curricula programs to support performance improvement. Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness and adoption of best practices and to support large-scale transformational programs and initiatives Plan and manage multiple parallel projects/programs. Drive product/program quality improvements based on user feedback and core investigator performance measurements. Analyze the data to determine next steps Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and focus on investigator experience. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management., 5+ years of experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects Project management skills and experience, including managing multiple campaigns and projects at once Master s Degree preferred PMP Certification Must be comfortable presenting ideas to Sr. Level stakeholders, receptive of feedback and quick to apply changes Excellent team player Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well Self-driven and ability to be both strategic and execution oriented Strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem solving, decision-making, and business strategy Experience working in a highly technical organization Experience working in an Operations environment, driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact Able to travel internationally Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to influence at executive level
