Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur Product Operations team is responsible for operating the Codeless Automation platform on the Cloud for all our customers and managing our DevOps process. This team uses the latest technologies to achieve zero down-time deployment and manage our completely elastic Cloud infrastructure to support 24x7 availability for our global customers.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to work in this team. If you feel that is you, please go through the job description below and send in your profile by highlighting your experience in the key areas.Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve issues in all the environments, Ensure SLO and uptime are metMaintain and Develop Monitoring & Alerting solutions.Configure and Integrate automation tools over distributed systems.Coordinate with Various product teams in triaging production issues.Demonstrate and promote best practices for teams using cloud platforms.Engaging in capacity planning, anticipating bottlenecks and scaling the environment as needed.Adhering to Change managementUptime and SLO reportingOperational expertise with a desire to eliminate manual tasksBe an active member of the scrum team to ensure SRE concerns are addressed from time a feature is designed through its deployment to production.Monitoring and alerting the right things appropriately with proper thresholds.Education/ExperienceOur company values T.R.U.S.T. - Team, Respect, Urgency, Success and Truth.Skill Requirements: Experience configuring and managing Linux servers.Strong background in Linux System administration.RHCE or Any LPI certification is an added advantage.Expert level skills on Linux and troubleshooting skills.Good understanding of networking concepts.AWS cloud certification preferred but not mandatory, Proven experience in managing AWS cloud.Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes.Exposure to Rundeck, Grafana, Nagios and ELK is an added advantage.Basic knowledge of BASH and Python is desired.Willing to learn and work on new technologies.Experience maintaining distributed applications are desirable.Exposure to maintaining Postgres DatabaseExposure to Cassandra, Redis NoSQL is a definite plus.Experience:5+ yearsOUR VALUES:TeamNo egos here . just great people, fun, flexibility, and trust.RespectWe welcome, we include, and we respect everyone.UrgencyHave the courage to take risks.UncoverOpportunities and seize the moment.SuccessTake ownership, drive innovation, and deliver results.TruthHonesty, integrity and ethical behavior are our truths
