Job Description

    RDP is a leading Indian computing brand for Design & Manufacture of Computing Devices like Laptop PC, Desktop PC, Tablet PC, All in One PC, Servers and Workstations. We have our presence across India and are catering to the increasing demand of the Indian Product in the IT Hardware segment.We are looking for a SW Support Engineer - L2 to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs. If youre computer-savvy and have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions , wed like to meet and discuss with you.Responsibilities:
    • Research and identify solutions to customer tickets related to hardware, network and software issues.
    • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
    • Conduct remote troubleshooting
    • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
    • Should manage the team and track the daily progress.
    • Need to give training to the new joiners/freshers.
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports, document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
    • Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.
    • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

    • Education: Graduation degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
    • Experience: 4 to 6 years of Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, SW Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
    • Age: Minimum 25 Years to Maximum 35 Years.
    • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
    • English and Hindi fluent communication is mandatory.
    • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
    • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
    • Immediate joiner is preferred.
