Administration & Maintenance of the systems:a) Responsible to create new user accounts against the request and allocation of system by ensuring configuration and conditions. b) Responsible for periodical maintenance of available Systems/UPS by proper cleaning, trouble shooting and ensure that the systems operate efficiently.c) Responsible to follow-up with service provider and complete AMC within the schedule.Network Connectivity & Security Services.a) Responsible for installation of Anti-Virus, applying daily updates, Ensure all the systems are virus free.b) Responsible for regular checking of network connections like LAN, WAN, Power Cables etc., and ensure proper security. Software Installations & Mail Service Management.a) Responsible for Installation of Systems with different softwares as required for day-to-day operations.b) Responsible to Mail-Ids management, Configuring emails on individuals systems, Creation of different levels of policies for Internet surfing and ensure the mail server up on 24 x 7 time frame.Effective Coordination & Support both Internal & External customers.a) Responsible for effective coordination and provide assistance to internal customers from time to time and avoid inconvenience in the day-to-day operations.b) Responsible to coordinate and follow-up with the external support service.Asset Management & Redeployment of Hardware and Software:a) Responsible for safeguard of hardware and software in the area of operations by regular maintenance & troubleshooting.b) Responsible for redeployment of required hardware & software from time to time. Data Management.a) Responsible to ensure to collect the backups within the schedule and administration of database as per the requirement. ,
