Job Description

    Job responsibilities: Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels Responsible of handling staff requirements as per needs of the company. Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical rounds. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assignedrequisitions. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Networking with various institutions and social media. Partnering with department managers to determine staffing needs. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals areachieved. Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Other HR related activities besides recruitmentQualifications for Recruiting Manager: MBA in HR, PGDHRM, MHRM or equivalent 3-5 yrs relevant experience Staffing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred. Experience in Hiring Nurses would be an advantage Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants Knowledge of labor laws Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases Knowledge of social media and professional networks Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and good Excel/Word andPresentation skills
