Role Overview

The Team Lead (Commercial Advisory and Transaction) be responsible for Office Space solutions to major Corporate clients.

Specific responsibilities

Business Development to secure high quality clients

Account Management of Major Corporate MNC Clients, delivering end-to-end solutions

Maintaining close relationships with Landlords and Developers to be constantly updated with market info

Interacting extensively with Government Agencies with regard to leasing out Government lands and commercial properties.

Achieving personal yearly targets.

Oversee and implement technology as a tool for database management.

Key Requirements to succeed

A senior Real Estate professional with 5 years of experience in the commercial office leasing sector

Relevant experience in both Tenant and Landlord Representation verticals as well as skilled in sourcing and generating local business from the Hyderabad market.

Very good Knowledge on the Hyderabad real estate market
