Responsible to ensure that ROC provides Cat5e consumption to store on time6. Responsible for tracking ROCs 100% productivity7. Conducting Reviews on Installations with ROC AI-R8. Conducting Reviews with Vendor teams in branch9. Tracking of Cat5e consumption through CRM10. Handling escalations related to New Shifting connections11. Tracking of Nodal, Wrong ticket escalations12. Coordinates with Store Incharge for material13.
