  • Provide architecture and high-level designs for projects across multiple areas including Advanced Analytics, IoT, Cloud solutions, Microservices, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other Digital technologies
  • Collaborate with Industry Solution Leaders and subject matter experts to architect innovative Digital Transformation solutions in Industry 4.0, Asset Lifecycle Management, Operations & Workforce Management and Product Lifecycle management
  • Create technology strategy for Cyient and guide decisions on technologies, platforms and tools to be deployed in building solutions
  • Lead architecture and design reviews
  • Collaborate with Agile leaders to institute standards across software development lifecycle
  • Provide support in recruiting and training technical team members
  • Represent Cyient in industry forums and academia relations
  • Mentor and coach technical team members interested in pursuing a career path in Design & Technical Architecture
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
  • 10 years overall development and architecture experience;
  • Sound knowledge and experience architecting, designing and building applications using the MEAN or MERN Stacks.
  • Architecture experience in Cloud Platforms (Azure or AWS preferred) and Microservices API
  • Strong working knowledge of Big Data and Data Analytics platforms with good experience in Data Architecture and Modeling.
  • Leading technical requirements gathering sessions and producing technical requirements and design documents. Hands-on leadership to resolution of technical/integration problems
  • Agile Scrum proficient with full stack software development experience. Experience employing various Agile techniques (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to lead and work in cross functional teams with subject matter experts in different industries
  • The position will be based out of either Hyderabad or Bangalore in India with up to 25% travel
1. Working knowledge of one or more declarative infrastructure tools such as Chef, puppet,Ansible, Terraform, CFEngine etc.2. Must have Docker experience in Linux/Windows environments and orchestration based deployments like Kubernetes, OpenShift, Service Fabric.Experience with ECS and EKS, ARM Templates would also be helpful.3. Expert in scripting languages - powerShell, groovy, javscript, go4. Strong proficiency and working experience in operating/Administering in AWS/Azure5. Clear understanding and working knowledge in CICD process.6. Adroit in configuring Jenkins/GitHub/Nexus/Artifactory/Sonarqube/Coverity.7. Expert in configuring Build(Maven, Gradle, MsBuild), UnitTest and Coverage, Selenium Automation within Java/.Net ecosystems.8. Experience setting and administreing Monitoring & Alerting(Grafana/Kibana/Splunk/Cloudwatch)9. Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and processes10. Experience working on data services(DynamoDB, RDS), SQL and noSQL(MongoDB)11. Aware of various Deployment Strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, etc.)12. Strong in Linux/Unix Scripting13.
