We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced and self-driven Technical Lead with Strong knowledge of .NET Technologies such as Dot Net core version 3.0/4.0, C#, to lead project for the banking and Financial sector.- This is a hands-on, technical role in a highly-collaborative team- Define all aspects of software development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards - Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team - Oversee progress of software development to ensure consistency with product design concepts - Provide technical guidance and coaching to Developers and QA Engineers - Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability and extensibility - Create and maintain native cloud software architecture - Excellent communication and LEADERSHIP skills- Experience in working with clients and vendors- Being confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels, in multiple locations- DevOps Tools and CI/CD Processes Required Technical Skills :- Experience in professional software architecture design, development and management - Hands-on experience with C#.Net Framework or .Net Core, Web API, Frameworks,- Angular an added advantage.- Extensive DB experience in databases like MSSQL, MySQL- NoSQL Databases (Mongo DB) an added advantage- Experience in building API Programming SOAP/REST-based services and/or applications with Event-Driven Microservices Architecture- Web Service, HTTP, IIS, Rest API- Azure or AWS hosting and services- Experience working in an Agile Development environment,
