Do it here.What you ll be doing.As a Mgr-Software Development on Verizon s GTS Team of SOE Sales organization, you ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple digital programs on FIOS, FWA (LTE and 5G Home) and Wireless ordering applications, cloud-based platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Providing technical leadership and business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex projects.
• Performing high-level activities (e.g., client requirements collection/analysis, systems design etc.) related to all phases of the systems life cycle.
• Partner, collaborate well with all stakeholders impacting the programs and effective Vendor management for delivery tracking of e2e program delivery.
• Performing technical evaluation of products and occasionally developing systems-related standards and procedures.
• Leading Mobile & Home program and collaborate it with CXP, Pega and multiple SOE teams.
• Collaborating with CXP and Pega GTS teams on North Star Architecture programs.
• Performing program management activities (e.g., planning, sizing, staffing, scheduling, and implementing).
• Analyzing and proactively managing problems, and make decisions that impact overall program delivery of systems and projects.
• Evaluating capacity planning deliverables of systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements.
• Leading onsite and offshore teams in delivering projects with tight deadlines.
• Acting as a front door and evaluate the requests and their commitments for upcoming release planning
• Providing technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise.
• Articulating the problem statement and openly bring up challenges, roadblocks, and impediments, negotiate, influence and drive priority solutions with directors and for tactical and strategic Systems of Engagement programs and business capabilities.

• This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in software engineering and program or project management, including leading IT dev teams stakeholders through Business Analysis, and digital technology programs.
• Experience in program management, working with all stakeholders for on time deliverables, coordination with teams, peer partnerships, Vendor management and collaborations.
• Experience and understanding of apps deployed on AWS, Kubernetes and EKS.
• One or more years of augmented and virtual reality of digital channel experience.
• Four or more years of experience handling program delivery management on large programs for the VCG Sales.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Ability to understand the digital customer experience programs and paradigms and front end technologies adherence to standards and procedures.
• Experience partnering with Business and IT teams at multiple levels to drive alignment and delivery of complex problems.
• Proven record of using data-driven CX experiments to optimize eCommerce shopping flows.
• Experience with incorporating data analytics elements and ML algorithms to create personalized user experiences.
• Ability to identify opportunities, facilitate workout sessions to ideate and derive joint cross-functional solutions to improve digital experiences and streamline Omni processes.
• Experience in business process transformation and user experience optimization.
• Relevant project and program delivery experience.
• Knowledge of technology selection, architecture, and full-stack implementation.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting mission-critical 24X7 production systems and leading real-time high-stakes mitigation plans and driving timely decisions.
• Strong presentation skills and understanding of any tools for program management.
