Job Summary This role is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class technical training program at Molecular Devices. The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will show the ability to create technical training material and a passion for developing and training others. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a global technical training program for BioResearch products based on Molecular Devices Field Service and distributor needs.
• Assist the Global Training Program Manager with continuous improvement of the training program and certification process to drive global consistency and excellence in the field service team.
• Assist with creating tiered instrument specific curriculums and certification criteria enabling growth opportunities for field service engineers
• Work with the Product Support and other cross functional teams to create instrument specific training content in form of training manuals, presentations and technical videos.
Qualification :
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• 2+ plus years industry experience
• Experience with development and delivery of technical training.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new products and software applications desired.
• Ability to travel (20% 40%) to provide technical training domestic and international.
