Job Description

Experience : 4 years Responsibilities:

Write technically accurate, concise, and easy-to-understand content.
Good understanding of DDLC process
Work with the SMEs to understand the modules and develop the content with a quick turnaround time.
Sprint with Dev, QA, BA, and other teams
Produce various documents such as user guides, release notes, admin guides, and on boarding walkthroughs
Manage multiple projects and meet documentation deliverable deadlines
Seamlessly work independently or as a part of the team.
Basic understanding of Jira
Good understanding of MSTP
Create videos using tools such as Camtasia or Captivate
Spearhead documentation efforts by coming with innovative ideas.
