If an invoice had not be sent to Tangoe, I will send Tangoe a copy and have them make sure that they pay it and have future bills sent to Tangoe. o InventoryEnsure inventory of all wireline circuits are up to date and are coded to the correct locations.Make sure that all wireless devices are assigned to an individual and has the correct department information for charge backs.Work with Atos to ensure that circuits are canceled after CRE Projects have been completed.Work with Operations team to update inventory and audit current inventory o ProcurementWork with the Atos team to gather all of the information that is needed to submit an orderReview all wireline orders for accuracy prior to approving them.Work with Tangoe, CNA EPG, Atos VMO and carriers to handle contract billing disputes and optimization of services.Provide weekly, monthly and as needed report for managementProvide audit reports for Management, audit, legal and other teamsManage logins for the various provider portal and update info to be current and produce reporting as required.Attend weekly meetings for the migration to the new Tangoe Mobile platform.Coordinate transmission of the HRIS file to the new secure platform for Tangoe to import into the tool.- Project Work o Working on SIP projectWorking with Sprint to ensure all Toll Free numbers are routed properly during the migrationWork with PM to determine change and manage any changes to the schedule and the impactManage the tasks for Sprint and Verizon to ensure that we have all upgraded circuits in place for the migration to EthernetTrack the orders for new equipment.Participate on the afterhours cut over calls to assist with the testing and coordinate with Sprint.Work with ATT to determine requirements for circuits to ensure that there is enough bandwidth for the SIP circuitWork with Cisco and ATT Retail to ensure we have the proper equipment ordered and track the orderAssist in determining the requirements for the UVN connections and submit the necessary ATT Change Requests to ensure the bandwidth is correct based on the direction of CNA.Work with Sprint to ensure Toll Free numbers are re-routed properly and on the date and time requested. o 151 moveWork with the project team to determine what teleco requirements are needed and work with the carriers to get price quotes.Provide feedback on issues being brought up. o CRE movesWork with the CRE project team to ensure new circuits are procured in a timely manner and schedule the turn ups of the circuits and assist with the testing either during business hours or after hours as determined by the project team and CNA. o TDM to Ethernet migrationProvide coordination with Sprint and Verizon to order and install new Ethernet circuits and cancel the old TDM circuits.- Datacenter Migrations US and UKWork with the project teams to order and have installed new MPLS, Internet and Interconnect circuits for the new datacenters.Work with UK Atos Procurement team and circuit orders for the new datacenter and ensure that billing is handled properly for the respective country.Here at Atos, we want all of our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
