Job Description

At Frontend Arts, we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telemarketing Executive - IT Sales to generate leads and contribute in overall sales cycle. He/She will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, understanding the customer needs and positioning the right solution to the customer which will eventually translate into an active meetings and closures.

Job Skills:
  • Should have minimum 3+ years of experience into Sales / IT
  • Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
  • Product knowledge proficiency in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent analytical and assessment capability
  • Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure
  • Should have sales background in IT services Communication skills
  • Proficient in Information gathering and recording
  • Persuasiveness, Adaptability, Initiative, Tenacious, Resilient, Negotiation skills
  • High energy levels will be appreciated

Minimum Experience: 3 Yrs

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone and help them in finding the right technological products to suit their business needs.
  • Solicit orders for services over the telephone.
  • Deliver and Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals
  • Provide pricing details
  • Handle customer questions
  • Obtain potential client s information including names and addresses from sources including social media, sales tools and any other valid sources.
  • Create client member s interest in the product by communicating its features passionately.
  • Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
  • Maintain information on client details, order details, reports, metrics using MSExcel.
  • Schedule appointments for the company stakeholders to meet/talk with prospective clients.
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential clients who are responding to advertisements.
  • Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
  • Develop effective sales plans using Sales Marketing methodology.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets defined monthly, quarterly etc.
  • Maintain and increase sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work as per US timings (Night shifts)

Education:

Bachelor s Degree
