Job Description

    • Responsible for the overall budget and strategy for all territory.
    • Manage the weekly performance reviews and promote a culture of learning and development.
    • Responsible for daily beat planning and achievement.
    • Review of daily beat working for pick up boys.
    • Generation of daily visit report & submit to Area manager post remark, if any.
    • Daily reporting on Oil pickups.
    • Daily meetings with TO & PB before starting market in order to understand challenges to team.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and achieve continual improvement.
    • Ensure the maximum oil pickup as per assigned monthly targets.
    • Raise awareness on using UCO and promote Healthy campaign.
    • Training to Pick Up boy & Territory officers on new campaign introduced.
