Job Description

    Job Role : Territory Sales ManagerLocation: HyderabadExperience : 4+ yearsSalary Bracket - Upto 6 LPAQualification- GraduationNOTE candidate must have experience in Corporate Sales and B2B SalesJob Role :
    • Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organizations defined direction.
    • Increase the market share of company by adding new clients and customers.
    • Analyse and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team.
    • Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers.
    Knowledge & Abilities :
    • Ability to understand customer requirements. Knowledge of market dynamics in courier, transportation and logistics industry.
    • Knowledge in data analysis, to understand performance of various areas in the region.
    • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust in the team.
    • Stakeholder management, in order to manage external customers and internal support teams.
