Job Description

That s how many people the curious and inspiring team you will lead supports.Join us as Head P&O for Global Quality where you will be part of one of the largest, most complex and impactful organizations which is touching every part of our business.Your responsibilities include but not limited to : Time & Attendance process subject matter expert in the area of processes andsystems providing expertise advice to the Time Services associates in the form of training and knowledge management base. A lead and representative of Time & Attendance processes from P&O Operations in the HCM Program for the respective region, responsible for managing activities for the respective process area. Monitors the overall performance of the team of Time Services specialists and experts to achieve SLAs focused in the given region. Supports the Payroll and Time Services team and Supplier in completing Time & Attendance operations for the purpose of ensuring the timely and accurate payroll generation Manages daily workflow by level- setting processing volumes and schedules to ensure timely positive and negative time processing, Service Level Agreement and Quality goal achievement. Attends escalations and incidents related to Time Services Operation and System Integrations Escalates requests that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate escalation point of contact (i.e. Vendor / Time Services Global Lead) Leads project management activities related to Year End, Statutory Changes , Regional Strategy and acts as payroll SPOC for the unit Monitors related Payroll & Time Services Performance & KPI s Holds regular meetings with businesses and publishes quarterly Time Manage-ment summaries highlighting notable accomplishmentsMinimum requirements 5 years of Time operations experience on a Global Platform (SAP/PS/Kronos/Atoss/WFS/ etc) Overall 8 10 years in HR Operations, Min. 5 years of experience working at project within a global organization Experience leading a small size teams is a plus Background in HR Services Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is preferred HRIS / SAP / PS / Kronos / Atoss / WD system knowledge is advantage Multiple country HR regulations knowledge is preferredWhy consider Novartis 799 million.
