Job Description

*Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience., *We are looking for talented and motivated senior frontend engineers to join our fast-growing team and take our platform to the next level, as we scale up and develop our business.As a member of the Engineering Data and Observability Platform development team, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting edge user interfaces and visualization capabilities. You will own the development of new components and features, from initial concepts through design, implementation, test, and operation. You will work with rapidly evolving cloud technologies where you will be constantly challenged. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables
  • Design and deliver features including proof-of-concept prototypes
  • Build complex metrics solutions with data visualization support for actionable business insights
  • Optimize for maximum performance and scalability
  • Iterate with the team on product, design, and technical decisions
Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years professional experience in software development
  • Excellent knowledge of vanilla JavaScript (ES5/6/7) or Typescript with libraries or frameworks such as React, AngularJS, Vue, NextJS, Knockout. Oracle JET is a plus.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting HTTP APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
  • Work experience with CI/CD in a frontend context is a plus
  • Refined taste for design to help facilitate the discussion between the UI/UX design team and backend development team.
  • Comfortable working with Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, Figma, and other industry-standard design applications.
  • Work experience with D3.js, Three.js, or PixiJS is a plus
