You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other engineering teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science. Software Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead for a software engineering team Strong experience with software development principles and practices such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps Experience in full-stack development technologies such as Spring Boot, Angular, React, Node.js, and MongoDB Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to mentor and manage a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure environment,
