Job Description

    Urgent Hiring for Executive/ Sr. Executive/ AM/DM Talent AcquisitionExperience level: 5 to 15 yearsIndustry: Any industry (Preferred Non-IT)Qualification: B. Tech / MBABudget: Upto 13 LPALocation: HyderabadCandidate should be working with the same/ last company at least from 3 years.Note-Candidate should have Experience in hiring for Power / EPC Projects Div. Talent should understand Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Renewal Energy Solar, Green H2 and Railways business and its technical requirements.Responsibilities:
    • Good in sourcing methods such as Talent Mapping, Head Hunting, Networking through social network.
    • Work closely with management on involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
    • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job portals.
    • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
    • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
    • Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
    • Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
