    Job descriptionDear Applicants,We are looking forService Now Lead with 7+ years of Experience.Roles and Responsibilities Need 7+ years of experience in service now support.Handle multiple teams and provide solutions.Experience in handling larger teams with min 10-20+ team members.Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the group and user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etc. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow featuresExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issuesStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow data modelUnderstands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNowSupport the creation of custom reports/dashboardsTroubleshoot and resolve problemsOrchestrate and automate tasksParticipate in department on-call rotation.Staying up to date with the latest releases, product enhancements, and plugins.Perform routine update set updates within the system for all changes madePerform standard system cloning from production to test environmentOverall ownership of our ServiceNow instance including Incident, Knowledge, Problem, Change, Service Request, and CMDB modulesWork independently and as a technical team memberWork in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customersAdvise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practicesScript Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNowAnalyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancementsCreate new applications, modules, and tablesActivate a plug-inCreate and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variablesCreate, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvalsFollow the notification process back to the Business RuleExperience administering a ServiceNow instance including the group and user maintenance, ACL, UI Actions, Catalog Items, etc. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow featuresExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issuesStrong knowledge of the ServiceNow data modelUnderstands technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNowUnderstands the workflow enginesCreates workflow and web prototypes for client engagementsDesigns, codes, and tests technical solutions for ServiceNow implementationsUses Mid server, web services, email and other relevant technology to integrate tools with ServiceNow.Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutionsRegards,TeamHR,TekisHub Consulting Services Private LimitedContact: /hidden_mobile/Whatsapp,Email: hidden_email
