Job Description

    About the jobThe ideal candidate must be able to think and act with focus on execution , be driven towards thinking for driving walk-ins to stores with on ground activation , strong on ground marketing capabilities, capable of communicating effectively with store & corporate at the same time.Responsibilities Include:Ensuring all BTL on-ground activation in planned & executed with stores month on month to drive foot falls to the store.Assist & execute all ATL onground and ensure end to end management of the activation.Assist in all exhibitions, society activation, corporate tie ups with self & stores by ensuring tie ups with agencies, societies & activations for getting higher footfalls.Report all details to corporate and work with Regional manager to ensure store reports, store weaknesses & details are worked on in synch with CRM data.Understanding data, compiling it and analyzing the performance to make necessary improvements towards growing the brand .Assist in all VM level & new innovations at store front.Customer & Store connect on ground to ensure customers are kept at the center of the vision for any activity.What We Are Looking For In The Candidate:Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communication/English HonoursExperience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar rolePreferably someone who has worked in a retail, activation profile with understanding of marketing ( BTL, ATL and has done activations, execution on ground)Experience in retail marketing is a mustHands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and a good team playerResult oriented
