Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities1. The Overall management and development of all HR aspect for the company including :a. All Contract Labour Management CLRA ACT 1970b. Welfare & CSR Activitiesc. Recruitment and Selectiond. Statutory Compliancee. Learning & Development.f. Talent Management.g. Employee Relations.h. Compensation and Benefits positioning.i. Salaries & Compensation management. j. Factory / Plant HR Operations.k. Writing and delivery of the HR Strategy.2. Liaison with Govt. Office Factory Directorate.3. Supervise the HR team and ensure the goals set are met.4. Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment.5. Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department.6. Design interesting on boarding sessions and processes for new recruits.7. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.8. Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policy making reference.9. Review the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to.10. Regularly organize programs for learning and interdepartmental interaction.11. Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback.12. Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.13. Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations.14. Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems.15. Design company policies and procedures16. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements.17. Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)18. Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements.19. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives20. Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements.Desired Candidate Profile

  • Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Leadership abilities
  • MBA / MHRM with 15 to 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
