Job Description

    PositionEntry Level IT Help Desk (Square level 1, 2 or 3)Job DescriptionWorking with our US clients employees to solve computer issues. Responding within the required time frame to assist with solving the problems presented to help desk support. Heavy work on the phone to resolve issues with login, password resets and other entry level support.Job Responsibilities
    • Responding to Help Desk tickets via incoming phone calls
    • Log & maintain documentation related to job functions.
    • Identifying & diagnosing issues and solving them for clients employees
    • Complete projects on time

    • Work schedule may vary by employee to ensure US coverage. Initially recommend TL work India 2nd shift and staff work India night shift.
