Job Description

    • Ability to strike conversations, identify potential candidates, and have experience in Permanent / Direct hire roles with end clients
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT-focused recruiting
    • Well versed using: CAREERBUILDER / DICE / LINKEDIN / MONSTER / Social Media
    • Proficiency in Boolean Search and other resourceful search techniques
    • Experience working and building relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients
    • Should be familiar with all visas and Tax terms ( W2 Salary, W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp)
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Willing to Work Night Shifts and need to work from our Office (No - work from home) and are seeking immediate Joiners

    • Effective Communication Skills in English (Verbal / Written)
