The Web production Analyst will be responsible for the structuring and delivery of Dell s online product and special offers for a global set of business users. As part of the Global Online team, the Web production Analyst will work closely with project managers to deliver Dell products for sale or support online. A primary function will be to help understand marketing data and how to use the data to meet those business needs and new capabilities. This can then be used in requirements gathering and to work with counterparts in IT to develop, test and implement.Our website showcases our world-leading, mold-breaking tech company at its best. Our Web Production team owns the site s overall content, application and development. From managing the development of editorial content to harnessing the potential of web-based programs, we ensure our website is fit for purpose and more. Using our considerable experience and creative vision, we work on graphics, animation and functionality, alongside icons, color schemes and web infrastructure so our product range can come to life online.You will:
• Help create and maintain online content, manage content globalization and drive as per business requirement
• Willingness to adapt any new projects and proactively come forward to take it up. Identify opportunities for automation to improve process efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues and provide RCA. Maintain quality and support training documentation for all new projects. Coordinate Project activities with regional business unit teams
• Plan, prioritize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear expectations. Execute content update in timely manner to meet the project deadlines
• Perform regression/feature testing as part of launch activity Identify process gaps, resolve them proactively and develop strategies to make the content deployment more efficient. Manage workflow, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload

• Graduate with 3+ years experience with MOSS based CMS/any enterprise CMS
• Good knowledge of HTML, web technologies
• Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word .Proficient in Reporting and analysis. MS Excel and VB Script preferred
Desired Skills
• 1-2 years of experience on any content management system.
