Job Description

    we are looking for an Senior Executive (Finance & Accounts)Location: Hyderabad Airport Hospitality IndustryROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. oversees the development and operations of the finance departments in the company2. reviews new financial policies and budgets in the organisation3. creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports to senior managers4. oversees the companys financial procedures by training, recruiting and conducting regular assessments of employees in the finance department5. supervises the preparation of the account reconciliation6. assists with the companys cash flow forecasting7. monitors and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards8. mediates between employees, shareholders, investors and organisations on the companys financial issues9. advises the board of directors on decisions concerning the organisations finances10. develops investment strategies to increase the companys working capital for the expansion of the business11. creates business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the companys status12. prepares the companys financial report and monitors accounting records13. supports the organisations goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees successQUALIFICATIONS:1. Experience: Minimum 6 Year 2.
