ZenOSS Engineer_L2,L3 SupportAtos is building new data centers for Deutsche bank global operations. Deutsche bank is Germany s largest bank and Atos customer for long time. Atos is building Next gen VDI platform using latest technologies, tools and solutions like Nutanix, Citrix on Cloud, Azure, ZenOS. In order to Support 24 x 7 business critical operations of these datacentres, Atos is building team of Engrs to manage L2 and L3 Support Operations from Pune and Bangalore in India. Technical Skills: - Prior experience of working on ZenOSS. Experience with incident management, change management, CR development, Cr implementation process in large, highly regulated data centre Infrastructure operations. Experience with l2 and l3 support processes and ticketing tools like ServiceNow. - Experience with Supporting large , business critical Datacentre Infrastructure solution, tools and process with the help of Vendor and Customer teams. Coordinating with multiple teams as per the support process for timely resolution of tickets and implementation of CRs. High level experience with datacentre infrastructure build projects will be an advantage as we are planning to onboard engrs from datacentre build stage. So initially engrs will be involved with Vendor engrs and solution architects to coordinate and oversee the datacente build activities. Then they will be part of l2 and l3 operations. - Experience with Management Information Base (MIB) files and alert traps - Able to read and code in Python - Able to query data using MySQL - Familiarity with ServiceNow and standard CMDB configurations - Network understanding and management experience. (CCNA certified if possible) - Experience with Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) - Background in a Network Operations or Service Operation Center working trouble incidents or providing service management - Comfortable using Linux command line interface -ITIL fundamentals - 24 x 7 Shift operations. - Location Pune and Bangalore.Apply now,
