Job Description

    We are in Search of Dynamic Professional to Manage Sales activities of Pharma Critical Care Segment for Telangana Zone ,as detailed below :Company Profile : The multidivisional organization having diversified interests in Ethical Formulations, Bulk Drug, Ayurvedic Medicine, Healthcare, Herbal Products and Bio-technology, seeds andTissue Culture.Position : Zonal Sales Manager. Purpose : Responsible for driving the Sales Team with an objective of Brand promotion, Strategies Implementation and Execution effectively to achieve Zonal Budget also ensuring profit margin to organization.Location : HyderabadReporting : Sales ManagerExperience & Requirement :Science / Pharma GraduateAround 15 Years experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing.Atleast 6 - 8 years of Man Management Experience in Pharma
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
    • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
    • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
    • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly sales forecasts
    • Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
    • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
    • To achieve primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives.
    • Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programmes to increase and consumer base and maximize per capita
    • Collections/Management of accounts receivables.
    • Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
    • Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward
    • Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affairs team
    • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
