• Defines the product planning, positioning androadmap.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizesproduct and competition intelligence (price, specification, trends etc.) for crafting compelling narratives for products.
• Acts as the customer advocate articulating the user/buyer needs for product design, specifications, usage and communication.
• Works closely with graphics, advertising agency, quality, sales, marketing, and customer support team to ensure that products make it to market on time.
• Well versed with the associated technical knowledge pertaining to warranty program implementation, Neuro-tagging, QR codes, product serial number etc.
• Eye for latest technologies used to create differentiated product features to make customer appealing communication.
• Develops thebusiness casefor new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Brief and train the sales force as per the new product launch.
Required Skills
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred industry and technical knowledge in Personal care appliances, mobile accessories and iOT products
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
