Job Description

    One of most profitable and respected names in Retail business in India seeks Senior Manager / Manager - PropertyThere are separate positions to be based at - Delhi, Bangalore and KolkataFollowing are the roles and responsibilities :1. Arriving at shortlisting of proposed properties. 2. Execution of Property Agreements, 3. Ensures closure of agreements with developers and franchisee companies. 4. Co-ordinates with legal and developers to ensure closure of agreement / documentation5.Complete the processes for final handover to execution team6. Conducts due diligence while drafting agreement / documentation 7. Ensures CC and OC are obtained for company owned / franchisee properties 8. Maintains relationship with and ensures conflict & query resolution that arises with developers, Mall owners and stores 9.Undertakes vendor management on a continuous basis, by analyzing the existing vendors and develops new vendors as per vendor gap 10.Gets permission from developers for refurbs, repairs etc. 11.Co-ordinates with government bodies like MMRDA, whenever required. 12. Organization Exposure: Knowledge of Finance & agreements & Documentation is critical13. Knowledge of Municipal and Property Laws, Knowledge of Taxation, Knowledge of process flow of properties 14. Systems, Analytical Skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership Competencies: Strategic Capability, People Development is critical,
