Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:- Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.- Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure revenue growth, customer retention and deliver detailed account plans.- Developing strategic territory plans to outline opportunities for upselling, cross-sell, expansion to new business units, and achieve business goals.- Identify instances where ad-hoc requirements fulfilled by PFE can be taken to fixed use of the clients.- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with top-decision-makers at C-levels to build loyalty.- Coordinating multi-functional teams to sign multi-year enterprise agreements / strategic agreements.- Coordinate with Field Farming Associate and get daily updates on their interactions to get more leads.- Conduct market research to monitor competitive activity.- Generate reports and statistical analysis on account status.Skills Required:- Proven working experience as an account manager, key account manager, or a relevant role- Proven ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail- Proficiency in English- Market knowledge ( FMCG, Logistics )- Good Analytical skills and ability to provide client-focused solutions to customer needs- Communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build rapport- Time management and planning skills- Remote team management skills,
