Job Description

    Regional Sales Manager-Internet company-B2BResponsibilities: - Managing and leading a team of 15+ Inside Sales team for new client acquisition- Develop new strategies to expand business operations and grow customer base to increase monthly gross value- Responsible for the sale of a listing services in a specified region or geographical area and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team- Propose Region wise sales plans, budget and targets in alignment with business objectives- Forecast quarterly and annual profits - Coach Tele sales team to achieve business targets- Handle the end to end sales process starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process.- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople- Analyze the Regions market trends and discover new opportunities for growth- Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role from internet companies- Candidate preferred from B2B sales, however good B2C sales are also considered- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Tele sales team- Excellent communication skills - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude- Willingness to travel as needed,
