Job Description

    AVP - Regional business operations Basic Requirement: Zeno Health is at the inflection point of unleashing crazy growth with an ambition to become the largest omnichannel health delivery platform in India by FY 25. As a runway to this ambition, we plan to get to 5000 stores across 12 states in the country through a mix of COCO and FOFO model. As a part of our expansion plans, Zeno will add 3 more regions to its business kitty over the next 2 years. Each region is going to be approximately 400-500 Cr P&L for Zeno. We are looking for young, dynamic, self-driven, mission oriented individuals who want to create impact and leave the mark of their work on the world and society while delivering business goals. If you think you are great at understanding business fundamentals, innovative growth strategies come to you naturally, you can build and lead teams and have great communication skills, this role is for you. - - Lead the startup of the region by building team, setting up process of the company, overlooking the expansion of COCO stores and achieve the business goals set for the region in the stipulated time and budget- Set Zeno as the leading player of Generics in the region with fast pace execution and consistent delivery of Zeno promise- Lead, manage & deliver P&L of the region with business potential of 500Cr- Lead a cross functional team to control & improve various aspects of the business - Store operations, Supply chain, Expansion of stores, Marketing & HR- Responsible for the growth of the region by increasing same store sales growth and new store opening, through capability enhancement, innovative marketing and ontime fulfillment - Responsible to deliver consistent customer experience across the region with continuous training to the store staffs with the learning and development cell - Manage the operating cost of the region to deliver consistent business objectives on profit/Ebitda- Create strategies for growth through organic and inorganic routes- Manage end to end business operations for the region and deliver key business metrices of the region - Consumer experience, Growth, Profitability, Cash, People- Build masterplan of growth & service for the region and execute the same through a cross functional team - Build the team in terms of capacity and capability to drive performance- Manage & control region financial budgets- Manage key partnerships in the region - Vendor, statutory, etc Desired Experience, Skills and Expertise: - Demonstrated capability of delivering P&L of business in the past- Demonstrated capability on starting up business verticals from scratch and scaling up- Understanding of business fundamentals, strategy making and execution bias- Deep understanding of data interpretation and data based decision making- Demonstration on building team and managing cross functional teams- Very strong people management skills,
