We are looking for passionate Business Analyst for our Digital Team. As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous and iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insights and drive business planning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business teams to define business requirements to meet the product objectives. Ensure requirements are within our business standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives.
• Helping the team in building scalable solution and design of all deliverables in the organization right through initiation phase to the implementation.
• Build proven mechanism to analyze existing data flows across products and suggest optimizations.
• Communicate, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders (business groups, control groups etc.)
• Identifying, defining and documenting business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel
• Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering BRDs, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs as and when required
• Analyzing information from surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description
• Conferring with project managers to define concepts and using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems.
• Building an adoption strategy of Digital solution and driving adoption across business teams by running analytics, sending out periodic updates on the progress
• Study the digital solution performance on field, identify the user issues, and get the technical issues sorted
• Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features.
• Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues. Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.
• Must have basic understanding of Cloud/APIs.
• Basic understanding about Front end technologies including HTML, CSS, Jquery/React. Should have basic understanding of Content Management systems (Adobe AEM) or any open source CMS.
• Should be able to perform functional testing of the product features and must be aware of testing tools to support.
• Good to have basic understanding of Adoption to Devops practices, Automation.

• 5-8 years of business analysis experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting, ecommerce space.
• Experience in product lifecycle, Business Analysis, Program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries.
• Good to have Product mindset and approach to holistically think about a problem and solutions around it.
• Should have worked on Agile Methodologies with exposure to tools like Jira etc.
• Understanding of mobile and web application technologies
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a Tier 1 or 2 college. MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute is preferred.
• Understanding of sales and marketing, have strategic bent of mind, and some exposure to digital tools
• Good to have experience with Insurance domain.
