Job Description

Candidates with degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry apply
Candidates with 5+ years of eperience in formulation of skin care apply

Reporting into the Head - R&D, an incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Creating and developing new and improved products across personal care categories. This would include bringing innovative ideas and technologies to the existing business
Setting processes, protocols, systems in place to assure safety and quality
Carrying out research on assigned technology, concepts, technical opportunities, materials
Using experimental designs, researches, analyzes and interprets data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions
Recommends product modifications and process improvements

The Successful ApplicantIdeally, an incumbent is a Pharmacy / Chemistry graduate with 5+ years experience in formulating skin care and cosmetic products. A prospective candidate must have an experience of formulating, developing new products, should have been a part of innovation team earlier along with handling protocols for QA and QC, monitoring checklists, mandates, regulations, checking the documentation & batches for safety.
