The Analyst will play a critical role in helping us achieve this missionby overseeing company financial planning and analysis with deep businessunderstanding, strong work ethics & rigor in financial modeling. Responsibilities: l Working with cross functional teams and helping theCXOs arrive at decision making based on financial analysis l Building management dashboards and updating it onperiodic basis to influence decision making l Creating strong control points to highlight keyvariances along with multi-dimensional reporting such as Project wise /Profitcenter wise metrics l Help in preparing quarterly and annual budgets alongwith rolling forecast l Continuously developing newer areas of analysis,automation and process improvements in the department l Helping management in strategic planning and any adhocreporting as per required by the management Requirements: l High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access andPowerPoint l CA/MBA in Finance with 6-10 years of relevantexperience l Knowledge of Company financial and accountingreporting systems l Extensive database and statistical analysis experience l Ability to prepare error free reports with minimalsupervision l Ability to think laterally and apply various check andbalance on any given data sets l Ability to convert complex financial analysis intoeasily understandable slides/summary l Contributions to the Education industry desirable Skills and attributes: l Analytical having an Eye for detail l Good communication skills: Ability to co-ordinate workwith people across departments and designations l Possesses honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, andteam skills l Remains curious and is excited and open to new ideasand new ways of doing things Location : Mumbai
