Job Description

DESCRIPTIONAmazon India is currently recruiting for a Manager, Corp Dev team with a focus on direct equity investments in India. The Corp Dev team is responsible for minority investments and M&A activity at Amazon.The candidate should be capable of thinking out of the box, identify new trends and develop investment theses backed by quality dataKey job responsibilitiesThe individual will be independently responsible for:

  • Building a pipeline and Sourcing investible opportunities
  • Assist the team in execution of transactions.
  • Monitor the investment portfolio
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
