  • Leverage India market data layer to automate regulatory reports and commercialise the data for analytical gains
  • Collaborate with GB / GFs . regional teams ITSOs and GACs to industrialise analytical insights from India GCP layer
  • Champion India Data community to drive commercial benefits
  • Champion cascade of Data Literacy and self-service pan India
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to map improvement opportunities in regulatory reporting or indent fulfilment.
Literacy
  • Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster markets
  • Help develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainings
  • Participate and moderate India data enablement forums
  • Cascade best practices to cluster countries
Monetization
  • Participate in country initiatives on data monetization
  • Be an SME for ensuring the right tooling cascade Is done across HSBC India data practioners
  • Develop report based on operational metrics and efficiency at entity level
Requirements
  • Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Technical
  • Knowledge , past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to have
  • Past background into business analytics / data science
  • Exposure to programming languages like python, Pyspark or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.

  • Business analytics, proven experience of hands on working with Data
