Job Summary . Manager - SALPL - GrowthJob Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Sourcing good quality customers for salaried personal loans in the location from the open market Cross selling of the insurance products to the Sal PL customers Training the PSF and getting the targeted monthly no.s from the PSF team and driving PSF productivity as per company plans Delivery on the Monthly Target on Salaried PL as well as Insurance cross sell Ensuring required conversion on any centralized leads getting passed on Coordinating with the Credit and Ops teams to ensure timely Approvals as well as Disbursements Required Qualifications and Experience . Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience Should have managed Channels and DST teams in the past assignment At least 2 years of Salaried loans experience in the overall experience are preferred
