Looking for smart generalists from the IT/ITES/Digital industry with 3+ years experience, who aspire to build a career in digital marketing, brand strategy and digital transformation. You should be number driven, be able to make presentations that tell a story, be comfortable with making decisions while handling chaos and ambiguity, and be biased for action. You will be managing paid marketing campaigns and identify ways to design, grow and optimize the outcomes, and also run client engagement and client servicing.Roles & Responsibilities:- Build and run digital campaigns for our clients- Analyze Campaign Data ongoingly to identify opportunity areas- Implement optimizations from time to time- Present the campaign structure, details and expected ROI to client teams- Work in tandem with client teams to execute and fine tune campaigns basis business priorities- At YOptima, our core values are 1) Transparency, 2) Bias for Action, 3) Persistence with Adaptability, 4) Curiosity and 5) Humility.
