Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. 4+ years project management experience and 2+ years experience leading sprints
    2. Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
    3. Ability to deliver multiple work streams using standard waterfall and or agile delivery methods
    4. Experience with Project Management tools like MS Project and Agile development tools like Jira
    5. Preferred to have experience on coaching on implementation of agile scrum
    6. Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development CI CD Process of Azure Dev ops or tools like Jenkins
    7. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices
    8. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development team needs
    9. Passionate commitment to delivering products on time
    10. Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
    11. Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
    12. Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
    13. Self-motivated, organized
    14. Should have progressing skills Quality Management
