Job Description

Urgent opening for the post ofMaintenance Manager atRabale location. Please find the below details :Total Experience :12-15 yrsGender : MalesLocation : RabaleIndustry : Manufacturing onlySalary : Decent hikeJob role :Machines : Oil filling / Blending Machines / Boilers / Drum / Packaging machines etc.

  • Managingmaintenance& project activities of filling line & plant equipments (OIL filling Machines, Boilers, blending machines, heavy machines) including Preventive, Correctivemaintenance, breakdownmaintenance& Project Planning and scheduling.
  • Managing whole wear and tear of all kind of machines in Plant (OIL filling Machines, Boilers, blending machines, heavy machines etc.)
  • Managing Mechanical, Civil, Plumbing URC, AMC of Plant machineries.
  • Planning & executing Legal inspections in Plant as per Factory acti.e. Plant boiler inspection & operations as per IBR rules, pressure vessel testing, lifting equipments inspection, filling line, measuring instrument calibrations & annual stamping, tank calibrations, critical structure inspections, Stack emissions and ETP operations as per PCB norms.
  • Guided team members towards ensuringquality of work and compliance with work control, safety, quality, and conduct ofmaintenance, waste management as well as to provide supervisory oversight and guidance.
  • Should be Expert inContract Management, Annual budgeting, Cost Optimisation for AnnualMaintenanceContract of Key critical equipments, Spares, consumables and monitoring expenses within budget.
  • Expert in Automation of Daily & Monthly Report for team using Power Apps
  • Conducting detailed Hazard identification & risk assessmentof ComplexMaintenance, Project activities with Detailed Presentations in core discussion with HSSE teams & Subject matter expects Globally.
  • Proficient in supervision of works at plant and ensuring that all the work at manufacturing plant is in place.
  • Proficient in Informing management of issues or concerns in the areas of Planning, Scheduling Equipment, Legal inspections, Documentation, Modification, Process Engineering, Design, and Training.
  • Skills in planning & implementing preventive, predictive & breakdownmaintenanceschedules, downtime control for improving overall reliability and safety ofPlant machineries, Packaging, Filling lines and Utilities.
  • Proficient in conducting daily site inspections to identify the day to day hazards and to minimize the risk level as low as reasonably practicable.
  • Thorough knowledge in all heavy machines and its engineering/maintenance.
  • Managing the role of Plant Plannerwith detailed weekly discussion on forthcoming activities in Plant and allocating resources as to product & Engineering executive as per weekly Plan.
  • Maintaining regular follow-up of work progress to ensure adherence to schedule; troubleshooting/fault diagnosis/failure analysis to determine the action plan
  • Engineering practices of oil and gas industries and all heavy machines.
  • Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and timeline.
