Users can avail of a Flat Discount/Flat Cashback on their bill amount by paying at these outlets via Paytm Deals. Currently, the product has been launched in all major metro cities and will be scaled further to 25+ cities by Mar23. We have about 4000 merchant outlets in Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata with notable brands like SOCIAL, Wow! Momos, Toni & Guy, Geetanjali Salon, etc. Gift Voucher or Gift Card business in India is estimated to be around $5.5 bn in the CY 2021. At present, Paytm users can visit and checkout different GV brands through the dedicated store front and also search. Within the store front the users get to choose as per the different categories and choose from some of the best selling brands. Gift Voucher as a category/SKU is being used by multiple businesses to acquire new customers and retain the same using a Gift Card product. Major verticals which follow this are Retail - Electronics, Furniture, Grocery, Fashion & Accessories, OTT, Beauty Wellness & Health, Restaurants, QSR and Fine Dining Restaurants, Online Retail & ServicesAbout the role:This role define calling & rapport building with the prospective merchants (partners) and helping them with their queries/ guiding them through the process of onboarding on nearbuy. Explaining order flow and usage of nearbuy tools/dashboards for redemption and other use cases to the newly acquired merchantsExpectations/ Requirements 1. Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way for sharing insights with management.2. Follow-ups with unresponsive partners to help activation/retention.3. Strictly adhere to the SOPs and the processes underlying the onboarding process.4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.5.
