QA Engineer / Testing Analyst

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managed all the QA tasks from test case preparation to test execution to defect logging.
• Involved in the integration testing of Google Dialogflow and the applicationplatform.
• Prepare Agents, entities and intents in Dialogflow and validate that after integration the appropriate response was seen when a user interacted with the chatbot.
• Involved in the testing of the ecommerce chatbot and validated that the chatbot
• Should have experience in handling different types of user interactions and perform integration testing of the application platform with different payment service and delivery service providers, ecommerce and social media platforms.

• Create Selenium scripts for automation testing of key application features.

• Prepare scripts in JMeter for performing performance testing of APIs.

• Identify gaps in the overall development process and suggested tools and techniques on how the process can be improved.
